Scotty Jones began his healthcare career as a United States Air Force surgical technologist. What started in the operating room became a career spanning surgical services, Sterile Processing, surgical instrument repair, education, business development, healthcare operations, consulting, and entrepreneurship.

That range has given Scotty an uncommon view of healthcare: from the people doing critical work behind the scenes to the executives responsible for the larger mission.

Today, he brings those perspectives together as a healthcare leader, speaker, strategist, author, and innovator.
